Moonbeam (Russian. A moonlight beam) — the Russian electronic project based in 2003 by brothers Vitaly and Pavel Hvaleev. The name was thought up thanks to one of vocalists of the project to Chris Lonsford (анг. Chris Lunsford). At the expense of writing of own tracks and remixes, the duet has admirers worldwide. In 2008 in Russia the debut album under the name «Storm of clouds» was let out, and then the world premiere of a plate of "Consumption" took place. Following the results of 2010 of Moonbeam took the 42nd place of a top of 100 best DJs of the world according to the DJ Magazine magazine version, thereby having become the third for all history the Russian musicians who got to this rating. At the end of March, 2010 on the Dutch label of Black Hole Recordings there was the next studio album "Around The World"
Vitaly (on September 17 1979) and Pavel (river on May 27 1984) Hvaleevs were born river in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. In 1996 Vitaly finished one of local schools and arrived in the Nizhny Novgorod state pedagogical university on Natural and geographical faculty, and then continued training in postgraduate study in the specialty: psychophysiology of the person. At the same time Pavel after the termination of high school arrives in the Kazan State technical university. In 1999 Vitaly moves to a constant residence to Nizhny Novgorod where starts to work as the DJ in "Pechyora's" club. 5 years later, also Pavel there moves, and already there they any time work as sound producers at radio station «Silver rain».
